Richard is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney who represents clients in complex civil litigation and high-stakes disputes. With more than three decades of experience, he is known for providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy in matters involving medical malpractice defense, products liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, and general tort claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Richard advises clients in residential real estate transactions.

Richard began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James D. Heiple of the Illinois Supreme Court, where he was later elevated to Chief Law Clerk.
